The term collaborative practitioner refers to all experts who have been trained in the method: expert witnesses, coaches, tax consultants, auditors, communications experts, lawyers and other specialists from different professions. The lawyers who lead the process are known as collaborative lawyers.
Collaborative practitioners set up groups of experts who regularly meet up and get to know each other’s working methods, approaches, differences and similarities. These groups exchange experiences, joint developments and intervision.
